Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design individualized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to various demographics including groups, couples, families, and individuals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to track client progress and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and integrate diverse therapeutic practices for comprehensive mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
