Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our state-of-the-art outpatient center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead supportive and engaging group therapy sessions, where clients share experiences and learn from one another in a constructive atmosphere.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions to clients, assisting them in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Use various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimized outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
