Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and establish rapport.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client and adjust these plans as therapy progresses.

• Foster a safe and non-judgmental space, encouraging clients to engage openly in therapy sessions.

• Utilize the latest methodologies and interventions in counseling to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing different modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive client records and progress notes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Provide referrals to specialists and other mental health professionals when necessary to enhance the care of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Your ability to cultivate trust and understanding will be essential in helping clients feel safe to explore their mental health challenges and embark on their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
