Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver in-depth individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals, resulting in well-defined, personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain prompt and accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations and practice standards to ensure client confidentiality and quality of care.

• Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines pertaining to the practice of mental health therapy to ensure best practices in therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with adult clients; however, you will also engage with families and couples in treatment settings. Your ability to connect with clients facing anxiety, trauma, and recovery challenges is essential. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
