Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, actively participating in case reviews and quality assurance processes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context, showcasing a proven track record of effective therapy.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The reviewed compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition, the following benefits are provided:
