Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LPCC, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be engaging with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.
