Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services through telehealth, in-office appointments, or a combination of both, according to your preference and client needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions via electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with therapeutic guidelines.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, offering counseling, referrals, and interventions based on individual client needs.

• Proactively manage and cultivate a growing caseload, aiming to add an additional 15-35 clients through outreach and engagement strategies.

• Participate in regular clinical case review sessions, fostering professional growth and enhancing treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
