Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and assessments to understand the clinical and emotional needs of patients.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including psychoeducational groups and individual therapy sessions, while expertly navigating suicide prevention and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and clinical assessments in line with company policies and mandatory state requirements.

• Contribute to staff training sessions focusing on mental health topics to elevate the understanding and skills of fellow team members.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and administrative consultations to integrate diverse perspectives into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse population of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional disturbances. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and self-discovery, ensuring that each session addresses their unique concerns and promotes holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field with a valid and active LPCC license issued by the State of California.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to deliver quality mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this LPCC position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
