Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy to adults, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional turmoil stemming from life transitions. You will also assist clients navigating medication management and end-of-life planning. Your role as an LPCC will be crucial in helping clients realize their potential, empowering them to cope with life’s challenges more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
