Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations to set informed treatment goals.

• Providing brief, focused interventions for patients in need of mental health services, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify which patients can be managed within the primary care setting and which require referrals to specialty mental health services.

• Initiating follow-up communications to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Developing relapse prevention plans for at-risk patients to ensure they maintain stability and improve their overall well-being.

• Documenting all patient encounters and progress in accordance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate treatment charts and records.

• Providing educational resources and self-management skills to empower patients in their treatment journeys.

• Participating actively in weekly team meetings, contributing insights into patient cases, and collaborating on interdisciplinary treatment approaches.

• Adhering strictly to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license valid in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
