Our remote work setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care. You will work from the comfort of your home, but remain a crucial part of our supportive outpatient team during standard office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our patients, fostering an adaptable work culture.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs for tailored treatment approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community, reduce stigma, and address prevalent mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to formulate integrated and coordinated care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and immediate care.

• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, presenting treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards in compliance with our practice's policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
