Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged clients, ranging from elementary to high school levels, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and emotional distress. All clients will be pre-screened, ensuring that you work with stable, low-acuity students who are ready for support, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active LCSW license in California, with no disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in effectively managing your caseload while working independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 yearly based on experience and caseload, along with a substantial sign-on bonus when you see your first client within two weeks of joining us. Additionally, our patient self-pay system relieves you of the need to report to funding sources.
