Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to establish accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate patients' progress in therapy, modifying interventions and strategies as necessary to align with their ongoing mental health needs.

• Document treatment records, reports, and other clinical information with precision, adhering to regulatory body requirements and organizational protocols.

• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and the treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and desired outcomes of each individual.

• Provide educational resources and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers to foster a culture of learning and development within the team.

• Facilitate safe and effective transitions and referrals between patients and necessary treatment providers, ensuring a seamless continuity of care.

• Assist your clinical supervisor in conducting peer reviews and collaborating clinically to elevate team performance and patient care outcomes.

The Youth Village Counseling Center focuses on serving adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually.
