Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aria Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients, ensuring holistic care for physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in immediate distress, offering support and guidance to navigate acute emotional challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
