Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and support systems.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients encompassing therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions—both individual and group—strategically designed to enhance coping skills and foster personal growth.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure seamless integrated care, enhancing clients’ access to essential services.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring they are informed about and have access to necessary community resources and support services.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
