Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the complexities of each client's situation and create detailed clinical summaries.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based strategies tailored to each client's needs, with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems, detailing patient progress and interactions to ensure compliance and facilitate ongoing care.

• Monitor clients' treatment progress closely, communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other health professionals involved in their care.

• Build and nurture trusting relationships with clients, working collaboratively to enhance their journey toward improved mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client base, encompassing individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your approach will be highly client-centered, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver care in a manner that is engaging, personable, and confidential, thus catering to the unique circumstances of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective therapy and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Noticing Growth Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 , reflective of your qualifications and experience.
