Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions, providing tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Document client encounters comprehensively, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Maintain ethical practices and uphold legal guidelines within the scope of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Clients may present with a range of issues, from anxiety disorders and trauma recovery to relationship challenges and emotional distress. You will employ culturally competent approaches to connect with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood, valued, and supported throughout their therapy journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
