Key Responsibilities\n

• Work with patients to formulate relapse prevention strategies, empowering them to take control of their mental health and recovery path.

• Identify individuals at risk of deteriorating mental health and participate in developing innovative preventive programs tailored to their needs.

• Manage and oversee the delivery of mental health services and maintain open communication within the primary care network to keep stakeholders informed of patient advancements.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment details in compliance with established clinical standards.

• Educate patients on self-management techniques, enabling them to engage actively in their treatment and foster lifestyle changes that promote overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling is mandatory.

• A valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license issued in Pennsylvania is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a SIGN-ON BONUS for successful candidates.
