Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on best practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as engage with families and couples to address complex relational dynamics and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, addressing all facets of the clients’ health and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and welfare of clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid, active, and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually plus potential bonuses.
