Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs work with a diverse client base, providing mental health counseling for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
