This role allows for great flexibility as it is primarily remote, supporting outpatient services. While you will work from home, you will also have the opportunity to conduct face-to-face sessions in our San Angelo office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and tailor treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, ensuring they are regularly updated based on client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share and process their experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to promote understanding and healing.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continued professional development activities focused on trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and software applications.

• Ability to remain calm and effectively handle high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes guaranteed pay, annual increases, and bonus opportunities. This role also provides:
