Insight Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. As a mental health professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering trauma-informed care through telehealth sessions. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, along with a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our practice.

This role is designed to be flexible and remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our practice operates seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing for a variety of scheduling options that fit your lifestyle. You will be provided with comprehensive administrative support for scheduling and client service, ensuring that you can focus on what truly matters—providing outstanding therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Insight Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma history and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses and the coping mechanisms available to them.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Staying informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a motivated patient population seeking support for trauma-related issues. This includes individuals who have experienced significant life stressors, traumatic events, or are dealing with mental health disorders that require a specialized, trauma-informed approach. Your ability to form supportive, trusting relationships with clients will be crucial to their healing process.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Texas.

• Proven ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Preferred Experience\n
