Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed practices.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive appropriate care and resources.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers to coordinate care transitions and discharge planning for clients, ensuring continuity of services.

• Foster open communication with clients’ families or support systems to enhance treatment efficacy and logistics during discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, trauma history, and emotional disturbances. Your ability to provide support and guidance through therapeutic interventions will significantly contribute to enhancing their overall well-being and functionality in daily life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on, full-time experience in the mental health field, showcasing proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills alongside the ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and computer skills, particularly within MS Office and digital health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with trauma-informed care frameworks and familiarity with community health initiatives may enhance project outcomes. Knowledge of best practices in crisis intervention and therapeutic modalities is highly desirable and will be advantageous in providing high-quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Joining Strength Path Wellness Center comes with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
