Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs, history, and overall mental health status, thereby informing effective treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored specifically to individual patient goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed progress notes and treatment documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals to cultivate a holistic approach to each patient's care.

• Participate actively in clinical supervisions, staff meetings, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
