Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy strategies for clients seeking assistance.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Deliver individual, group, family, and couples therapy, focusing on building therapeutic alliances and enhancing client engagement.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, working alongside healthcare providers and community resources to develop holistic care plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and client trust.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in relevant workshops, training sessions, and supervision to elevate your clinical skills and knowledge of mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals and families facing challenges related to mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted License as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.
