Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments for new clients, gathering relevant history and identifying core issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals, tailored interventions, and timelines for progress.

• Maintain accurate progress notes after each session, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to state regulations.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies, adjusting plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Facilitate open communication with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care, fostering a collaborative environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• An active LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license valid in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
