Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth counseling services to clients through our digital platform, conducting sessions via audio or video calls depending on client preference.

• Utilize clinical judgment to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage with clients suffering from mild to moderate mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize our platform’s features for client goal-setting, progress tracking, and interactive journal entries to enhance therapeutic engagement.

• Regularly participate in peer consultation and supervision sessions, contributing to a culture of shared learning among our team of over 10,000 therapists.

• Manage your workload efficiently while conducting client screenings to ensure a focused, low-acuity client demographic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adult clients who may be dealing with issues like mild anxiety, depression, weight management, or grief. As we do not work with children or patients with severe mental health conditions, you will be able to concentrate your therapeutic skills on clients that resonate with your area of expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid, full, and independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license free from disciplinary actions.

• Documented proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies.

• A reliable internet connection and a secure workspace equipped with a working PC or laptop, as tablets are not supported for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
