Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, identifying specific challenges and opportunities for growth.

• Integrate findings from assessments into detailed clinical summaries that inform personalized treatment plans, complete with measurable goals and objectives.

• Document each client’s clinical progress meticulously in progress notes, ensuring that all interventions and outcomes are clearly recorded for ongoing evaluation.

• Coordinate with clients regarding their treatment objectives, regularly updating them and other relevant parties on their progress while maintaining open lines of communication.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain a state of alertness to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism in care delivery, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports individuals experiencing mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LPCC license in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
