This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Huntington Beach, California, if you prefer an in-person collaboration with our staff and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including evaluating criminal and substance abuse histories and identifying treatment needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management, as well as psychotherapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary medical and support teams to effectively diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders.

• Craft detailed clinical reports, develop targeted treatment plans, and offer consultations on complex cases to ensure holistic care.

• Communicate effectively with clients and their care teams, advocating for the best interests of each patient while facilitating ongoing treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will encompass a varied patient population, with particular emphasis on families in crisis, couples navigating relationship challenges, and individuals managing mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field recognized for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC).

• An active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years, focusing on delivering therapeutic services in either public or private settings.

• Fluency in diagnostic evaluation methods and treatment planning practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
