Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility as an LMFT will involve working with couples and families to address a variety of challenges. This includes:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individual family members to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.

• Addressing complex issues such as grief and loss, job stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each family's unique situation.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

As an LMFT at Supportive Living Solutions, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Compensation and Benefits\n
