Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions, both together with couples and individually, to address a range of issues including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse

• Grief and loss

• Family conflict and dynamics

• Adjustment issues surrounding separation and divorce

• Job-related stress and medical challenges

• Building stronger communication among family members
\n

• Fostering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their feelings and challenges.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse patient population, including adults as well as children and adolescents facing a myriad of emotional and relational challenges. You will be equipped to engage with families undergoing critical transitions, including blended families and those dealing with separation or divorce. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
