Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, crafting personalized care plans based on each client's unique needs.

• Provide graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to individual and family dynamics, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other therapeutic techniques.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring continuous communication regarding patient assessments and interventions.

• Maintain timely and ethical documentation of all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans as mandated by practice guidelines.

• Engage in proactive case management by coordinating with community resources, healthcare providers, and support networks to optimize client care.

Qualifications\n
