Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative staff meetings, providing opportunities for discussion, feedback, and supervision to enhance both individual and team performance.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to inform comprehensive treatment plans, taking a personalized approach to client care.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions and techniques tailored to promote personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy services effectively, using virtual tools that cater to clients’ diverse needs and ensuring a productive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant observations to support ethical and clinical accountability.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops and training to remain informed about the latest therapeutic approaches and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be dealing with a range of issues, including but not limited to addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, including children and teens. We particularly value clinicians who can provide culturally sensitive care and have experience working with clients of color or those identifying as part of the LGBTQIA community, as we aim to create a safe space for all clients to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active State issued LMFT license without restrictions.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating a commitment to clinical excellence.

• Experience working with diverse populations including children, teens, couples, and families.

• Skills and knowledge of therapy approaches that accommodate clients from underrepresented groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, along with potential bonuses for session targets and client growth initiatives.
