Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and document the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients during virtual sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their unique goals and preferences, crafting individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic approaches and expected outcomes.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, recovery strategies, and self-care practices, ensuring they feel empowered in their treatment journey.

• Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on the evolving needs of each individual.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies aimed at improving patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
