Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions to clients via secure video chat platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily stable adults categorized as low acuity, meaning they do not present severe mental health challenges. Each client is thoroughly screened to ensure a good match for counseling services, enhancing the likelihood of positive outcomes. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active state licensure to practice independently as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Note that provisional licenses will not be accepted, and all candidates must be in good standing without disciplinary actions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage empathetically with clients.

• Proficient computer skills, capable of navigating therapy platforms and utilizing digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
