This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your own space while still providing essential mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, providing a safe environment for clients to explore their feelings and thoughts, which may include working through issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Provide continuous support and resources to clients, empowering them with coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their mental health more effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, treatment progress, and diagnoses using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance patient care by making appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll work with a wide range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. You'll also help diverse populations, including young adults, middle-aged individuals, and elderly clients, each requiring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to therapy. Your commitment to understanding the unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of your clients will be essential in creating effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• At least four years of professional experience providing mental health counseling in individual and group settings.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and an understanding of mental health disorders across the lifespan.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, enabling you to remain composed during challenging scenarios.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
