Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' individual and family dynamics.
\n
• Providing therapy for couples, families, and individual clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Helping clients address a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief, communication difficulties, and conflicts within family systems.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that may involve both joint and individual meetings to address varying needs.
\n
• Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and case management records in compliance with organizational and HIPAA standards.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and holistic treatment approaches.
\n
• Staying informed about best practices and advancements in the field of family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide support for a range of issues such as family conflicts, adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and communication skills enhancement. Your efforts will help clients navigate their emotional and relational challenges, fostering healthier interactions and improved emotional health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guideline Health Care Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, reflective of your expertise and experience. In addition to a generous above-market compensation package, our benefits include:
