Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and treatment progress.

• Maintain precise documentation and updates in client records following all guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families struggling with substance abuse issues and related mental health disorders. This diverse patient population includes adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients build stronger relationships, improve their coping strategies, and overcome barriers to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is not under suspension or probation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
