Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to develop customized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy for each partner when necessary.
\n
• Specializing in areas affecting families, such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices to promote lasting positive change.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of sessions and progress per organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a range of challenges such as:

Qualifications\n
