Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in Child and Family team meetings, enhancing collaborative care through treatment planning and comprehensive reviews.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure all documentation, including discharge reports, are prepared and submitted in a timely manner following agency, contract, and licensing guidelines.

• Maintain strict confidentiality as dictated by HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client records are managed securely.
