This full-time position is primarily remote, with the opportunity to engage with clients in our outpatient office as needed. Work Environment\nIn this role, you will primarily provide therapy services remotely, but you will also have access to our outpatient facility in Miramar Beach, offering a welcoming atmosphere for client interactions when needed. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients. \n
- Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach. \n
- Utilize best practice methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective and evidence-based interventions. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment avenues, and essential self-care strategies. \n
- Monitor client progress rigorously, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary while maintaining clear and precise records. \n
- Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness. \n
- Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and available professional development opportunities to foster continuous growth within the field. \n
- Advocate for the needs of clients, engaging in community outreach to break down barriers for disadvantaged populations. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Additionally, you may provide support to vulnerable groups such as individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, or survivors of domestic abuse. Your empathetic approach and dedication to helping these individuals navigate their challenges will be crucial for fostering resilience and facilitating recovery.

- Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n

- Demonstrate a high degree of empathy, care, and a nonjudgmental stance toward the experiences of clients. \n

- Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
