Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Develop treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices.
\n
• Foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect, enabling clients to express their concerns freely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as trauma, grief, relationship issues, and mental health disorders. You will work with clients from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring that services are respectful and sensitive to each client’s unique needs and traditions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Florida.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish, facilitating bilingual therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, working directly with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Affirmative respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and an ability to work effectively with a variety of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience working with specialized populations such as LGBTQ+ individuals, perinatal mental health, or trauma survivors.

• Licensure or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, EMDR, or TF-CBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
