Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting rapport with clients to create a safe space for therapy.

• Diagnose and address a variety of mental health disorders, developing tailored treatment strategies for each individual, couple, or family.

• Create individualized treatment plans that take into account the unique circumstances and needs of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. This role emphasizes a family-centered approach, where you can make a significant difference in not just one individual’s life, but across family systems. Your work will help clients understand their experiences, improve communication, and collaboratively set and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Strong counseling and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed mental health therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications, paired with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes retirement benefits, a new hire bonus, and options for a 401(k) plan with company matching. Employees working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for full compensation and benefits.
