• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic rapport with a diverse patient population, fostering trust to facilitate healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
\n
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, providing support and interventions that promote emotional growth and coping strategies.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the progress of patients, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on their feedback and outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, referring clients to specialists when appropriate.

• Assist patients in developing practical tools to manage their mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

The LMFT will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues including relationship problems, emotional distress, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on clients’ lives as you help them navigate their unique challenges and promote resilience within their relationships.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and mental health disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients through their therapeutic journeys.

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional collaboration and continued learning.

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
