As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities crucial for providing high-quality mental health care. Your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, including interviewing patients, reviewing their history, and identifying their mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, depending on the individual patient’s needs.

• Keeping accurate and secure clinical records to comply with HIPAA regulations, reflecting ongoing treatment plans and patient engagement.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care and share best practices.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and local community support services.

• Staying informed on the latest developments in mental health research and integrating new methodologies into your practice to enhance patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and backgrounds. You will support individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional difficulties. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
