Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress towards treatment goals, discuss stability, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs and aspirations of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including clinical progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to accurately gauge client needs and align them with effective therapeutic strategies.
