Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, ensuring that behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans are appropriate and effective.

• Document clinical interactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as directed by clinical protocols to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to patient needs.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity of our services.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners, enhancing program integration and collaboration.

• Maintain strong communication channels within the organization and in the community to enhance service delivery and outreach.
\n
• Engage in personal and professional development through attendance at conferences, training, and participation in task forces relevant to mental health.

• Promote and weave our agency’s mission and values into daily practice.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall service excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing emotional distress, those navigating substance use recovery, and patients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role is vital in providing a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, set goals for recovery, and work towards improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
