This is a remote role, allowing you to deliver high-quality therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your daily routine. However, you will also have the option to work in our outpatient office as preferred. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, evaluating their symptoms' intensity, frequency, and duration to formulate comprehensive reports.

• Develop individualized treatment plans designed to meet clients’ specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methods based on progress and feedback.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to enhance effective outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices, promoting empowerment and supportive resources.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated care approach, addressing the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health, contributing to refined treatment strategies and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all client information remains secure and confidential.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets individuals experiencing mood disorders—such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder—affecting their daily lives. You will work with a variety of clients, including vulnerable populations such as those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your aim will be to impact their lives profoundly while guiding them through recovery journeys towards sustainable mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
