Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, on the lives of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, objectives, and therapeutic preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate progress in therapy sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to foster teamwork and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our focus emphasizes offering empathetic support to diverse populations, including marginalized groups such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Qualifications\n
