Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary assessments of clients via interviews and psychological evaluations to establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies, including recovery and intervention plans, aimed at addressing the distinct needs of clients across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote mental wellness and personal growth.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to design and implement holistic intervention strategies while ensuring communication remains fluid for optimal patient care.

• Follow up with healthcare providers to coordinate care for clients requiring hospitalization or additional support services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Colorado.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an empathetic and client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience as a mental health counselor, including working with diverse populations.
